Initial fitness consultation includes circumference and body fat analysis followed by
an individual fitness program recommendation


HOURS

Training sessions available from 8AM-8PM
Please arrive on time!

Clients have the option of arriving 30 minutes early or staying 30 minutes
after their sessions for additional cardio exercise


RATES

Vary depending on package purchase options
If money is an issue, a weekly payment plan may be established


Cancellation:

If you must cancel a session, please give me 24 hours notice so that I can make adjustments to my day or fill that spot with another client. Cancellations must be received via my cell phone. Please understand that this is a business and I respect your time, just as you should mine.

If in the event that I am not able to make the scheduled work out, a free session will be provided for the client's next session.
